Hertz Live Chat follows a published schedule. Avis Live Chat usually appears during the reservation process. National has a link for Live Chat, but it seems unpredictable. Many times this feature is not available. Other times it is, but checking back at the same time on a different date shows it is not, or checking back at the same time on the same day on a different date again shows it is not. I wonder why.
