Caribbean - Needed: WiFi access in Freeport, Bahamas

I desperately need access to a wifi in Freeport, Bahamas. I do not care of I have to pay, but good quality is essential. I need to call US and planning to use gmail phone to do that. Otherwise I have to pay $1.99 per minute and the call ( actually an interview) will last 45 minutes !

Any idea much appreciated. Where do I go for a good quality wifi ?

As to quality, good luck with determining that; perhaps boots on the ground testing will reveal more, or you can use (rent) a business center computer with Skype in a hotel.

Yes, I wanted to hear from people who have used any of the advertised wifi, about the quality.

if you are on a cruise, the ship will have access, but many wont do skype....

I would be at land at Freeport. Ship connectivity is ruled out.
