Virgin Australia Velocity - Email from virgin being tagged as spam in Gmail

Hi all,
I just realized that booking confirmations from no-reply@virginaustralia.com is being tagged as SPAM on gmail.

I was getting quite concerned that I haven't received my booking confirmation after a few days and was thinking I had closed the browser before doing the final confirmation. But the Velocity account showed my booking and realized the Gmail SPAM filter is blocking the email.

I have adjusted my accounts SPAM filter but VA may want to do what is necessary to get the globally unblocked.

It seems to be a gmail issue only from experience. Just adjust your settings and you won't have any more problems. I am actually finding heaps of emails not getting through gmails system in general.
