I need 350K Carlson Points for a vacation stay I'm planning for April. Any tips on the best way to accomplish this "goal". I also wouln't mind purchasing/paying for points.

There really isn't a credit card that gets you CC points (not that I know of), so your best bet would be to stay at hotels now to take advantage of their triple-points promotion.
I don't know if there's a site where you can exchange points/miles you might have in other programs to CC points.

Send out an invitation in this board for your "private event" at a Club Carlson property. 10,000 points per guest donation for a night of food, booze, music, etc. All you need is 20 - 30 guests plus $$ spent for the event.
Or you can hang out at a Club Carlson property's bar, befriend a guy in a suit, get him drunk and get his Club Carlson number to transfer to yours.

I ended up changing my trip dates and getting a rate of $190 per night for the property I was looking to stay at. The rate I was getting when I placed this post was $350 per night.

As a PC Plat you can potentially match to CC Gold, which will give you access to 4-for-2 and 2-for-1 rates at weekends at select properties. This probably won't apply to the property you're looking at since it's expensive, but it's worth checking out.
