Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - LH to EK connection at Frankfurt

Folks,

I have got a great deal on a pair of F tickets from FRA to SYD ^ (via DXB and BKK:td:) for about GBP3200 each. But it means connecting in from IOM via LCY into FRA.

I am pretty sure at Aer Arann will not be able to check my bag in all the way(!) but I wonder if LH at LCY would be able to - is there any agreement? And they will be two different PNRs. Otherwise I will have to pack real light and do a carry on (only allowed 1 piece of hand luggage on IOM-LCY route)

Also, how long would connection at FRA take? The TA booking my travel has only allowed 90 minutes - is this enough?

LH and EK do have an interline agreement, so you should be able to check your baggage through from LCY to SYD, but you obviously have to pay attention to baggage rules that apply for each individual leg.
