Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - working email address?

trying to email flying blue to request a replacement card. Have been going round in circles for an hour on the web site with no joy. can anyone supply an email address?

Why not use the 'lost my card' option or the regular form?

Edit: or does the site not work? Then first clear the cookies, try from another browser or another country's site. Or AF site vs KLM site.

yes tried the lost my card function but not a lot seemed to happen - guess I will just give them a phone

This is broken for me as well until I went into the french version and that works.
With some guesses Imanaged to get a mail sent...

In my experience, Unfortunately, the best ways to reach FB are via phone and letter. I wish they had a reliable and fast email service (whether direct or via a form).
