Hi, I hope I posted in the correct section.
How does Virtuoso and Brownell work? Do I have to pay in full at hotels in order to use them? Can I book through them but use Points or Points/Cash options via Loyalty account? Example, book SPG stays using cash/points or just points and still get benefits of Virtouso or Brownell?
