Is it normal for SWISS not to respond to complaints?
I have filed two complaints with Swiss in my life, and no response from them on either occasion. I used their online form for complaints.
I did expect more from Swiss. Dissappointing!

There have already been quite a few complaints about the lack of response by customer service. The last time I complained it took some time to get a response but I got a very friendly reply and a small gift as some kind of compensation ^

In my experience with LX complainst I got maybe in 2 o 3 day maximun a reply from them with a good news, I have a email from someone who is workingin customer service and If I have a problem, I contact him and I get a reply from him, If you want I can give to you in PM, let me know

I never got a response the one time I logged a complaint. Perhaps writing a letter would be more effective than the online form?

I've only complained once, and they ignored it completely. It was about a suspected safety violation; I should have reported it to the authorities really.

There seems to be a tendency on this board to belittle or insult anyone who points out that SWISS is not perfect. Why is that?

It happens in the AC forum as well - its unfortunate, but par for the course in online forums. There will always be those types.
As far as LX goes - if they are relying on the OCC agents to also reply to online complaints, I suspect you will either receive no reply at all or gibberish.
I love LX, and they are a preferred carrier of mine, but their phone lines are answered by agents with hit-and-miss competency. That's a fact.

What type of complaint? Not to in any way suggest anything, but some organizations simply don't reply to what they feel are unwarranted complaints.
