Anyone have the skinny on them? I found a lot of complaints around the Internet, but most were a few years old. I found good pricing for my trip but have never used them. Anyone care to share their experiences with CheapOair?

I had a great rate too last night. Went to book, put in all required info and CC, the next screen said the price had changed. Not only did it change it changed by $4000! I had the option to continue or search for new fares. Needless to say I closed my web browser and called them to verify my CC wasn't charged. Today, the same fare has more than doubled.
