Canada - Opinions on best TATL routing

I need to fly from YYZ to BUD this summer. I have looked into various airlines, and the prices and flight times are all pretty similar. Assuming your only consideration was comfort and service in Y, which airline/routing should I choose?

AC or LH via MUC or FRA (TATL flight may be operated either by LH or AC)
AF via CDG
KLM via AMS
BA via LHR

Any other routings I should consider?

Earning miles is not important.

I would strongly consider LX through ZRH. You might want to check the aircraft type, but they are very good for Y service. Connecting ZRH is also easy.

2nd choice would be LH through MUC (not FRA), again check the aircraft type.

3rd choice would be KLM through AMS.

I would avoid CDG unless it's way cheaper and you can arrange a longish layover. Things can go OK, but when they are bad, they are very, very bad.

Can't comment on the others (as I'm a SkyTeam sort of guy) but I've always found AMS to be an easy connection. ZRH and MUC are nice airports but I've never connected there.
