Can you get points in any "frequent sleeper" program when staying at Caesar's?
Kind of by accident, I discovered you can get Marriott Rewards points at the Cosmopolitan. Does Caesar's participate in anything other than their player's club?

You can sign up for a Caesars credit card, and when you spend money, you'll get points.

Those points are only in their "player's program", not in SPG or HHonors or any other hotel program, correct?
Ya I believe you just get tier credits or tier rewards or something. Not 100% sure. And at Cosmo, you get Marriot points because it's run by the Marriot reservation system.
