I just notice that United teamed up with plastic jungle so now people can get miles for selling gift cards.
It is a terrible value at roughly 3.1 cents per mile (compared to the cash you would receive otherwise from plastic jungle) , but as far as I can tell there is no limit to the miles you can earn.
This might be of use to a few select people but thought I would post about it since there does not seem to be a limit on the miles your earn.
Might be a good way to earn miles if you are a few miles short as well since you can recieve odd amounts like if you are 2,153 miles short instead of buying 3,000 miles you can figure out what gift cards you can turn in for that exact amount.
