Swiss International Airlines - seat 2A

Im flying GRU-DEL in F On trying to choose my seat on both sectors (GRU-ZRH A 340 and ZRH DEL A 330, I could mnot get the seat of my choice, 2A On checking expertflyer thsi shows as a "blocked " seat. My agent also could not get SWISS to allocate it to me.
WHy is this blocked? is it blocked for SENs (because I am a SEN but maybe the agent did not convey this and my M&M is not on my booking because this is confusion week for M&M) and HONs? Or is it something else?

Non elites can usually only get 1DG or 2DG the other ones being blocked for elites and familys. As a SEN you should be able to get any seat in F! HUACA!
