Asiana Club - Diamond members - still get 10k discount for rewards?

I have the handbook which says Diamond members get 1 coupon - 50% discount for upgrades or 10k discount for rewards.

However this webpage

I am Diamond Plus and booked my reward ticket to BKK today, no discount given. My daughter got 25% discount as a child, but I paid the normal amount of miles, but no peak season surcharge though.

rayonline: The Korean website still says 50% off upgrades or 10k off rewards, and I'd imagine that would always be the most up-to-date. Should still be able to choose between the two, I'd imagine.

Endesu: You have to ask them to apply the coupon, as it's only one coupon per qualification.

Isn't there an expiration on these "ecerts"?

I missed the part where OP mentioned the certificate. I thought he meant 10k off in general. My bad!:p

Vaguely related to the topic (as I want to contact Asiana as I didn't get a coupon when I requalified), does anyone know what the email address is for Asian Club as I can't find it on their website? Thanks.
