Other Hotel Programs - Booked parents thru Hotels.com. Do I get the night credit?

I booked my parents and cousins for 2 rooms, 3 nights each. Will I get the night credit? Or is this similar to Starwood where you have to stay and pay the bill yourself to receive credit? Thanks.

Just to follow up, I did indeed get the night credit. I guess it makes sense since I'm the one that paid for it (and they reimbursed me).

Done it many times and had the same result you have had. Did a few rooms for my brother's wedding for overflow guests from the hotel we rented out for it and got myself 2 free room out of their stay 10 get 1 reward program.
