Hong Kong and Macau - Where to go to buy Dockers trousers or equal?

I will be in HK for 24 hours and was wondering where to go to buy Dockers type trousers (business casual wear) and whether they are good value in HK (compared to Vietnam, US or UK)?
I usually need to get trouser lengths shortened. Is it quick and cheap to get this done in HK? If so where? or am I better off getting trousers made?
Any advice would be welcome.

Personally, I think the US is the best bet. I have no problem buying trousers at stores like TJ Max, and Ross, if you can stomach the store, you cant beat the values.
Sure you might be able to get cheaper brands like Giordiano or Bossini in HK, but the quality isn't there.

Buying US branded clothing in HK is rarely a bargain. They only have sales a few times a year in HK, vs constant rotating sales of different brands at full service department stores in North America. Of course you get even better deals at factory outlets and discount department stores as mentioned above.

Absolutely correct. Just bought a pair of Dockers on clearance at Ross in Las Vegas for $3.00.
