I had been flying Qantas when in AU so that I could charge all OW carriers flights to the same card. Since a client is flying on DJ and I have to fly with for a few AU flights, I am now onto this as well. What FFP should I credit to? Velocity will not allow me to sign up without an AU address, so I am left with the few others which I never fly.

Any suggestions?

Does Delta earn on Au domestic flights? Or perhaps Virgin America.

They are DJ's 2 north American partners. Other options would likely be Air NZ or Etihad. Hope that helps.

Delta does i believe (There is an option with VA bookings to add Delta numbers).

Dont know about Elevate (although dunno why you would).

Thanks - my big issue here is that VA is fine with Delta, but DJ coded flights (within AU) are not. Seems like the other options are not worth the trouble...

Depending on how often you may use Delta in the States, I actually joined both Virgin and Delta's program...in Delta's case it gives you Skyteam alliance if you fly enough, so you end up with more choices with lounges, luggage etc should you ever need it.

The other option is that you fly Delta to Sydney on their own airlines rather than Virgin, that way no problems with the address issue and you get to stay within one program.

Actually, I am flying on *A to MEL. The flights are MEL-PER-SYD, and therefore not part of the codeshare with DL. I will likely take Virgin Atlantic, as most of my flights are inter North America and TATL...
