just wondering how much miles/vouchers are needed for a oneway FRA-LIM via SCL ... final destination is LIM. upgrades europe-peru are 80.000 roundtrip or two upgrade vouchers each way.
however upgrades to chile are much more expensive.
what might LAN charge in upgrade instruments for the routing FRA-MAD-SCL-LIM - the cheapo Europe-Peru price or the expensive Europe-Chile price ...
anyway simple awards FRA-MAD-SCL-LIM are the same price as FRA-MAD-LIM which could mean that the departure-arrival zones are important, not the zones touched with a routing.
