....it isn't free to play "catch and release",
but not that bad...

Cancellation:
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment:
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Taxes and service charges:
14.24 % TAX is excluded. A city tax is not applicable 6 % service charge is excluded.
