Hilton HHonors - Missing stay facility on site not working.

Is anyone else having trouble with the missing stay facility on the website not working.?
I have been trying to send a couple of mising stay requests in for a week now.

It has never worked for me. I always end up calling the Diamond desk and they post the stay for me right away.

I have used it in the past. I think it did the trick. Not sure if that was the reason trip got posted or it just came through on its own.

I email flyertalk@hilton.com re missing stays. I give the invoice number and the dates of stay. I used to be very successful in easily getting stays posted. Now that junior employees are responding to this address, they are much more by the book - fax in the invoice, etc. - but I still have sufficient success to continue following this method.

It works ok for me although I've found that how long it takes for stays to post varies a lot. I've done it three times in the last month and its taken 2 weeks, 1 week, and 1 day for my stays to post. Give it some time and if it doesn't show then call.

I have done it many times in the past and it has worked well
It is now not working for the past week. seems to be since they changed the format.
still not working here.
I have already sent the invoice to the accountants so I dont have a copy.
thats why I need to do it this way.
I even emailed hhonors about it and got a standard send in the account type reply.
im just trying to let Hilton know that their website in working incorrectly.

I simply scan the invoice and send it to flyertalk@hilton.com as an attachment along with the details of the stay and they always get posted promptly and correctly. I suggest that you try this method because the people at the FlyerTalk e-mail address seem to be very helpful.
