Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - Retroactive Credit - Air France

Does anyone know if Air France credit miles for a flight already flown? It's been 9 months already

I don't have an Air France membership a/c yet!

United allowed me to do so withing 90 days.
