Hi, first time poster so forgive me if my query is somewhat naive.
I am a member of both Etihad and Enrich but travel primarily on Etihad. Now that these two airlines have joined forces I took my boarding passes to the local Enrich shop in KL. They kindly added 30000 miles to my Enrich account for two recent KL to London trips. I did this again today for another return trip to London and was told that as I have received the miles on my Etihad account I cannot receive them with Enrich.
So, is this true (thought it was too good to be true the previous time) and did I just get extremely lucky the first time by receiving the points on both accounts?
