US Airways 2011 Grand Slam Promotion - When is the cut-off for hits posting?

I have a car rental from October that has still not posted. Called Budget several times beginning December and they told me last week that miles were submitted to US Airways on January 24th and to allow 8 weeks. I cannot remember if February or March is the cut-off. This hit is worth 10K miles. Hoping it is 3/31 for the cut-off at the earliest.

Per the rules (http://www.usairways.com/en-US/dividendmiles/grandslamrules.html):

US Airways will track hits and award bonus miles beginning September 28, 2011, and continue to post miles every other week until March 28, 2012.
