Hyatt Gold Passport - Upgrade with points on PL-booking?

Is it possible to upgrade a NYOP booking with GPP points?

Probably not in advance as Club and Suite upgrades using GP points require the rooms to be booked at the rack rate (the Hyatt Daily Rate), except for resorts which require one category up from that. That being said, some properties will do sell ups at check in for a cash supplement.
