View Full Version : view upcoming stays?

I'm new to Accor (only joined because of free Platinum) and I just made my first reservation at the Sofitel at Heathrow.

When I log into my account, I don't see where to look at upcoming stays. There's a button that says, "view/cancel a reservation" which brings me to a new screen where they want to know my reservation number.

On my SPG homepage I can see a list of all my upcoming stays. Is there something similar here that I'm missing?

go to accorhotels.com ... log on and then go to your profile ... there you can check your upcoming reservations

Just make sure to have made the bookings through the A-club website rather than Accorhotels.com.

it doesn't matter as long as you put your A|Club number in your booking ...

Thanks for the response.

When I go to my profile it shows my name, address, phone, etc. Nothing about upcoming stays. There doesn't even seem to be a place on this screen where info about a reservation could fit.

I have no idea why it doesn't work for you

on the right side I can see my recent bookings (and cancellations) and next to it my previous bookings

Make sure to also click on "My reservations" (top right corner of the screen).
And I noticed today that I had to re-enter my A-Club number and password again after that, even if I had already logged on the A-Club website previously.

This isn't always true in my experience. Some of my bookings show, some don't. I haven't been able to identify a pattern. Sometimes bookings made by others on my behalf show up, sometimes bookings I make myself whilst logged in don't.

Is there anyway to add existing bookings to your a-club account?
