Hi,
i have a question regarding requal. on base points: I called Hilton today and asked them if they would expand my qual. period by a month (I will prob. end up with 26 stays till end of dec). But then the lady said, that I had already requalified based on base points. She read from my profile "base points to diamond = 0". well thats funny because if i count together all my points (even including the double base point promotion etc.) I end up way short of a 100k, which u need for requal. But she checked with a colleague and they both agreed that i requal. already.
Now, what should I do, get some sort of proof from them, that I requal? did that happen to somebody else?
