Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Flying Athens to Paris-Economy or Business

We are planning a trip and will be using Aegean for travel between Rome and Athens then Athens to Paris. I will be using Star Alliance booking. Looks like 25,000 r/t for economy and 40,000 r/t for business. My question is which way should we go, economy or business. Advantages for either. Any comments would help.

Advantages of C: middle seat blocked, better food, welcome champagne, and all other standard perks (lounge, luggage, etc.)
Advantages of coach: cheaper or, better, much, much cheaper (but you're not paying!).
Other than that there isn't much to say. Personally, unless somebody else pays my ticket (like today!), I never fly business within Europe, and even less so, domestic. From my ~35 flights with A3 last year, only about 10 were in C. Of course, if you have hundreds of thousands of miles to burn...
