Thrifty - Thrifty US Air hits

any help anyone can give. I have tried every way I can think to get Thrifty to post 2 rentals from last September to my US air account so that I can get an additional 20,000 miles in Grand Slam. They just won't/can't do it. I call and get refereed to a voice-mail that says I need to email. I have emailed about 15 times and get a response that they are working on it. I wrote a letter to the president asking for help with no response.
Any other suggestions?
