Most of her dates are during the week in North America:( I am thinking of seeing her in MSY in October. It's a saturday show and Halloween is a lot of fun in the big easy.

I'm considering the St. Louis show b/c it's on a Thursday and I can stay for the weekend, accumulate AS miles, and probably get a better seat than other cities.
Leaning towards Berlin, but awaiting possible South American dates. Of course, seeing her at home in Seattle. Is the LA New Orleans Arena the old Superdome?

Just traveling to the Bronx for the NYC Show!
The Yankee Stadium show is a bit of a gamble. I'm sure she is not adjusting her arena show for the one N. American stadium. The stage is in center field. So, given the seating map, unless you are on the floor I can't imagine it will be easy to see her.
Yankee Stadium does have an AMAZING screen in center field...but, who knows if it will be on and if I wanted to see her on TV, I would just buy the DVD.

I saw here in 08 at MSG in NYC and she was great (Although the show started about the time it should have ended if she would have started on time, she was like 2 hours late starting and I understand all her shows started that late in NYC). IIRC she added a few shows so hopefully she will do the same this year. I want to see her but most of her shows are during the week and I have no problems travelling if it was a saturday show like in 08

I have never been to a Madonna concert and for the past year or so I have been saying that I need to make a point to do it. What do you know, she's coming to Dallas and on a Saturday even. Usually with Dallas it is:
* Performers I am interested in bypass it completely.
* Or, the few that come here, it is when I am going to be out of town. (I cannot count the number of times that has happened. Usually at least twice/year.)
* Or, it is a Tuesday night and over in Fort Worth.
So, I am very much looking forward to this. Although, it cannot be easy of course. The tickets go on sale while I am in Seoul, 1am local time there. And the friend who I would trust the most to book for me will be on a cruise. And while Citi seems to be doing a presale in most other cities, they are not listed for Dallas.

It'll likely sell out. Her pre-sales in most cities appear to be already sold out. What I'd suggest is immediately upon your return, post a Cragslist ad under the "Tickets" section. In your ad, specifically request "hard tickets" and by "owner only" or wholesaler, otherwise the scalpers will come like vultures. Some of the Madonna club fans who already bought tickets may have purchased one too many and will start off-loading them. I've had great success in purchasing tickets on Craigslist, and also by local trusted ticket brokers.
It'd be great if your hotel concierge in Seoul could make the purchase for you :).

We are going to Las Vegas just to see her. At least it is an indoor venue compared to all the European outdoor ones
Do you really wanna see poor little Rocco driving a beat-up Mazda when he grows up? He deserves a sporty convertible like all the other rich kids.
My $300.00 = investment in Rocco's future, a car wash perhaps.

Good for you, I sent $500 over to the Salvation Army, there are people who can really use that money for food and shelter.

Great you are making a donation to help others, but IMO Salvation army is too homophobic. If I am going to donate $500 to a charity, I'd rather become a cirrcle of hope member for Trevor project or give to a charity like the ruth ellis center or Sylvias place to help out LGBT youth.

I donate, too. We have a local thrift shop that supports area AIDS organizations. I give them lots of stuff each year. And, we have a local homeless newspaper - I buy a copy of it each week from the same guy. But I gotta have my fun, too.

My colleague, who works for a major record label, is looking for a cool gay club to host a brief performance by an emerging British artist. He's straight, so he has no idea what the gay scene there is like. And, I haven't been to SF in a while.
What are the cool bars now? What gay bars has Lady GaGa or other artists performed at for promo events?
Thanks!
YGPM! As a DJ I work with a lot of the bars and gay promotors, hope I can help
Lady Gaga performed at "The Crib" for Gus Presents Events at Club NV before she took off. That seems to be the gay club for emerging artists, although I tend to not go that often because it is 18+. Gus will occasionally book acts at his larger/circuity parties on holiday weekends, too. Erika Jayne is coming up on the 26th at the Crib.
Britney stopped off at QBar for her brief visit during her Good Morning America concert in the Castro publicity stunt. I was DJ'ing at the Lookout on Market when Lady Gaga was "rumored" to be stopping off in the Castro after one of her shows, she didn't but boy what a busy night :-)

We're going to Atlantic City. The venue in NYC (Yankee Stadium), seemed like it wouldn't be as good of an experience.

Agreed (possibly), but note that she's also playing at Madison Square Garden on Monday November 12 - just an option.
That said, I went to Sticky & Sweet at Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City and it was VERY good. The venue is small-ish so you should be fairly close. I did wonder if she knew where the hell she was "Alright Atlantic City, do you believe in love?!" but it worked ;-)

Already seen her in:
LA Staples Center (Drowned World, second half floor seats, right after 9/11)
LA Coliseum (Re-invention and Confessions, with seat at the end of the "runway")
MSG (Sticky & Sweet)
Saving my $750 for something else.

Bought my tickets to the Sunday, September 22 show in DC because it was in the first group of U.S. dates that was available for sale. Then bought tickets to the Monday, November 19 show to see her closer to home. Figured I should get as many shows in as possible before she breaks her hip or Lola kicks her off the stage :-:

After the Stade de France in Paris (80.000 people) on July 14th, she announced on July 18th a surprise concert which will happen on July 26th at the Olympia (less than 3.000 people). Such a huge surprise.^
