Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - Level Miles Transfer

A Ivory family member has 20k level miles they don't need, I'm Silver, is there any way of transferring them from one a/c to another?

You can't transfer level miles.

You can't transfer level miles.

You can't transfer award miles to another, unless you have the Dutch or French cobranded Amex-FB card.

But transferring level miles is never possible.
