Amtrak Guest Rewards - AGR card highest bonus points

I have not been targeted yet for the 32,000 point bonus AGR card. When I log into my AGR account, it is always the 12,000 point bonus being offered to me. So, if I use one of those 32,000 bonus landing pages and apply for the card, will I get the 32,000 points, or 12,000 points, or no points at all? I am not going to apply if all I am offered is 12,000 points. I will just wait and hold out for more if I have to.

The 32,000 bonus comprises 16,000 points from Chase, and 16,000 points from Amtrak. Those who've applied for the 32,000 card without being targeted have reported getting the first half of the bonus, but not the latter.

YMMV. I used the 32K link and got the whole thing, even though I was only "targeted" for the 12 or 16K (I forget now). You can always take a screenshot of the application screen and try to argue after the fact, if you don't get the full bonus. It's up to you how much effort you want to put into it.

Yep-I got the 32,000, using a link someone here gave me back in December, no arguing needed, they just showed up in my AGR account about 3 days after the first closing statement. Give it a try, if you don't get the points, take the 12,000 and just cancel the card, and get a different one later.
