Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Login Issues

I'm having trouble logging into my account through awardwallet - and lo behold, when I'm at the website, apparently the login form is down too. It's been half a day, should I uh be worried?

Nope. It's happened to me a couple times too. Try logging in in a few days and it should work fine.

Interestingly, when login/Award Wallet is down, if I try to add my A3 number to an existing reservation, it will give a "this number does not exist" error.

It usually gets back to normal within a few days.

It seems there is some kind of certificate error/not trusting website.

I can't login either, but everything else is fine.

It's Sunday in Greece, I assume it will be fixed on Monday, no worries ;)

edit: For Firefox at least, you can choose to accept the certificate (it just run off date today) - login will work fine again then.

For your information: At the moment the login is (apparently) not possible at all. I assume they realised the certificate run out, temporarely disabled login till they've fixed it. If it's online in a few hours, it is.. if Greece don't get money till lunchtime (CET) they're done as a country anyway.. :rolleyes:

Sorry - I hoped I was sarcastic enough with my smylie - I was making fun of the German media, who are totally anti-greek and have at least said 10 times already that Greece will bankrupt in the next 2/3/4/5 minutes/hours/days/weeks/months (enter random) - just yesterday their current news was "Greece bancrupt by lunch".. well.. German media.. :rolleyes:

Yes, I'm experiencing login problems myself - first time it's happened to me, so don't know what to think. By looking at this thread, at least I'm hoping it's something to be expected from time to time and looking forward to having it resolved very soon.

Problem seems to be solved now - the confusing part of today's down time was that the error message claimed that I entered the password incorrect, instead of letting us know that the system is down.

I've been having occasional problems logging in from HKG - the login page just doesn't load or if it does, the connection gets closed after entering details, but if I use the same computer and browser and VPN to the UK, there is no problem...

I'm getting 1) incorrect passwords and 2) incorrect email when I was trying to reset my password...

How, and from whom do you "get" incorrect passwords and email? If you are using an incorrect password, you usually get an immediate reply through your browser. So? :confused:
