Virgin Australia Velocity - Family pooling

Does anyone know if the family pooling benefits extend to the number of sectors required for status?

I looked around and could not see anything other than the points and status credits, do you get their sector 'squiggles' as well?

Sectors won't come into it until August, but I am thinking the "Lowest Common Denominator" and it' would be unlikely that the benefit would apply for pooling.

I would be happy to be incorrect here.

One of my family took a flight recently and the points and SCs from this have shown on my account. However the 'eligible sectors flown' remain the same as they were before this flight was taken.

I asked the same question to the call centre on Friday.

She wouldn't go into detail much (which was similar to what's on the website now anyway)

The only thing she did say was to ensure that if you are using a P.O Box address for family pooling, that everyone needs to use it..not just one member of the family verses the actual physical address.
