on 1 feb we had a 4 hour delay with ey 408, due to operational reasons. this was not the first day, ongoing allready for many days when ask at bkk. also the flight to fra was having a delay. in 3 weeks i will use the connection bkk-uae-fra.
might there any compensation for a 4 hour delay??
