Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - M&B mileage earning scheme copared to other FF

So based on a discussion taking place in the LH M&M forums (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/17886314-post9.html), I think it might prove useful to a lot of Flyertalkers if a mileage earning scheme comparing M&B with other carriers FF programs is made.

Based on htb's comparison between M&B and M&M I will try to make a full list starting with the most frequently used FF schemes for now: M&M, MP, Aeroplan, Eurobonus, Asiana Club and KF.

- Numbers / letters highlighted in red are fare classes that accrue more on M&B than on other FF programs
