What exactly is this deal? I don't live there, but I have a friend who does. Maybe she already knows about it, but maybe not.

Official Rules C’MON BACK CLUB ®
C’mon Back Club® cardholder will receive one stamp for each eight (8) gallon of BP gas purchased at participating BP stations. Seven (7) stamps are needed to complete the card. Maximum two stamps per visit. Cardholder is required to attach a receipt from each of these purchases. To be valid, cards must be stamped, signed and dated by a BP employee with a sales receipt attached for each purchase.
Must complete card (7purchases and receipts) by August 15, 2012. Card expires August 31, 2012. Completed BP game card is not valid on previously purchased tickets and is not valid for use in conjunction with any other ticket offer. Game cards cannot be combined; one game card must be redeemed per ticket.
Game card can be redeemed for one free Terrace Level Ticket (subject to Terrace Level ticket availability) or used as a $16 voucher towards a ticket in an upgraded section during the nine designated C’mon Back Club® games listed on the card. For a complete list of games a chart explaining upgrade options please see an official C’mon Back Club® game card.
The process for redeeming completed cards is noted on the game card.
Cards are available while supplies last at participating BP stations.
