Technical Support and Feedback - Coupon Connection missing?

I'm over the 180 threshold.
I saw Coupon Connection there for a few days now I saw OMNI and I still am able to see OMNI. But i no longer see Coupon Connection.

I have not made a post in CC or PM'd anyone for any transaction, but I have looked inside to see what it's about..

Pls advise?
