Swiss International Airlines - Reservation code

I have just made my first reservation in "P" business class with Swiss (MAD-GVA-PRG-GVA-MAD).
But apparently the confirmation number is not the Amadeus one. I cannot see the reservation in checkmytrip neither in my LH M&M profile... It is not recognized by the system. Is there any posibility to get the correct reservation code?

I just posted the same question a few days ago. Looks like Swiss uses its own system thus the only way to see your reservation is on the Swiss website.
And yes it doesn't matter that Swiss is miles and more...

Yep. My booking code is like an Amadeus code (ABCDEF). But apparently it is not compatible with the Amadeus system. I find it quite frustrating as I canīt manage the reservation from my M&M profile neighter make a seat selection. :td:
P.S. I did not see your post. It is my first day here :)
Welcome to Flyertalk, Marcin83. Your issue is a valid one - so much so in fact, that there are already a gazillion of threads on this subject in the Swiss forum. If you do a search for "reservation system" or "PNR" or "Axres", you will find a plethora of information, including some ways in which it is apparently (??) possible to get an Amadeus reference for LX flights.

You can:
(i) either call SWISS quoting your Amadeus PRN and ask for their record locator; or
(ii) ask to be found according to your flight data; or
(iii) use http://eitr.amadeusasia.com/index.aspx Input your Amadeus PRN and after it displays your ticket (the ticket has to be already issued), you can see the Amadeus and "airline code" usually followed by "/LX"

No worries, and welcome. I think I posted it under the Travel Agencies forums, and I mentioned that just to give credit to the fellow FT'er colmc who shed some light on that issue :)

But the OP's problem is the exact opposite: they have a LX code, but not an Amadeus code. @:-)

And if the reservation wasn't made in Amadeus and no airline involved uses Amedeus, there shouldn't be an Amadeus code.
