iDine/Rewards Network - "How was Burger King #7..."

Just received an e-mail from iDine with the above title. Uh, really? I thought it was spam.

But it wasn't...

I happened upon a Burger King when I was in the Pacific NW recently and the only other quick food option was a nasty looking Safeway service deli, a Taco Time, and a McDonalds.

I'm surprised to see Burger King on iDine. It looks to be a franchise by franchise thing though as the locations back home are not listed.

Portland is the only city I've been in so far that had bonafide fast food spots in the program. Seems like most Burger Kings in Portland are in iDine. If you happen to eat Burger King with any regularity, grab a gift card for as much as you care to spend to get the miles/points, and use it back home where the local BK's aren't iDine members. There are also a couple Del Tacos and a Dairy Queen in the Portland area in the program.

Those are the best kind of iDine miles ... completely unexpected ones! :D

Key West Burger King worked for me , a while ago.

KFC in Chicago has several locations in the program.

KFC, in Orange County, CA has a number of locations that are on the idine program.

A few years ago, there were a few BKs in the Brooklyn or the Bronx in the Idine/RN program. I don't know now though.

Unexpected miles is a big plus in my book. I once had a dine at a steak place with a group of friends and earned 700 miles without knowing it was part of the program.:)

NYC has Ranch 1 locations in iDine.

When I was researching my trip to Salt Lake City, there were a lot of Burger Kings in the program. We would go to 2 a day for a drink. It was great to knock off so many dines quickly!

Sonic in Columbia, SC has several locations affiliated with the program.

You know, this thread might be a good lead in for a consolidated thread topic on Fast Food establishments that participate..

Also Burger King restaurants in the Des Moines, IA area participate in the program.
