Diners Club Club Rewards - No New DC Card yet?

According to the letter from BMO-Harris in September 12, 2011, I was to recieve my new DC card in January 2012. Well, here it is Jan 31st and the mail has come and gone and still no new card. What gives? Has anyone else recieved their new card? Anyone know why the delay?

You've presumably not been following the changeover (to BMO-Harris) story here on FT. You can catch up in threads like this one:

Days into the fiasco, the speculation started that new cards could be delayed by all the problems. They have to make it all work correctly first (everyone having who had online access before the switchover getting online access working again, and stuff like that!) before they need to worry about whether new cards get sent in January or March.

Thanks, if we've waited two years what's another two years!
