Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - Miles appear but do not add up to balance

All miles (flight or Amex related) which I have collected since Jan 1st appear on my online statement, but they do not add up to the balance which remains stuck to its Dec. 31st level.

My current balance for qualifying flights is set to 4, it takes into account the Amex bonus but not the actual flights I have taken in 2012 (though they appear in the statement and are indicated as qualifying).

Has anyone the same issue ?

So your account still lists the number of level miles that you had last year?

Very strange. Did you maybe get a flight credited after the new year, which was flown before the new year? Such things might mess things up a bit..

Yes indeed. The status miles and status segments have been reset to zero at year's end (as they should). The flights I have taken since Jan. 1st are correctly listed, with the appropriate number of level miles, status miles and segments, but the balance has not been incremented accordingly. Same thing with the level miles obtained through Amex purchasing.

Only the 4 Amex bonus segments were added to the current balance.

Sometimes a bit more than a day or two..

I just checked and indeed the balance is correctly updated now. Thanks for your hindsight.
