Most travel agents working with elal will buy them off you for at least 50 cents per point, but then again it all depends how many points you have

You can donate them, There is no minimum limit,
You can find the different NPO, The list can be found once you login with your matmid account.
If its above 200, You can issue an upgrade voucher (in europe),
If you are planning to fly soon, you can buy some duty free products using points for a nice discount.
you can transfer them (does cost money) to someone you like.
