EL AL Matmid - EL AL Special seating requests...

Hi Everyone,

I have a small question. My mother has a fear of flying and is claustrophobic. On every time we fly along with my brother we have priority of being in front of the wing. We have a reservation to go to Israel this March with EL AL. We are on a jumbo 744 on both segments and half of the request has been completed with the LHR-TLV being 28 ABC and the return TLV-LHR 54 HJK. My reservation is dealt through London who has no authority to change the seat. The requests are taken through head office. Does anyone have the email for reservations in Head Office ?
