Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Claiming Missing Miles Online??

Hi,

I've recently done LHR - SIN - BNE return in business on SQ, due to incompetent LHR staff/SQ's useless online system I never had my miles and T points credited to my Virgin Flying Club account.

I've had a brief look at VS claim miles on line section but this seems restricted to VS flights only and doesn't include the codeshares.

Is there anyway I can do this and how many miles/T points should I expect?

TPs will depens on cabin cloass and Miles on your FC status.
