So unable to download mobile boarding passes yet. You can check in and pay for the bag fees on the app, but you have to print your passes at a kiosk. Not sure how much time that saves.

Why do I have to print out my boarding pass if I have already checked in on my phone?

This initial release does not support mobile boarding passes but we will continue to roll out enhancements and expect to offer this feature in an upcoming release.


Do they even have the readers at their gates yet?

At OGG, TSA uses portable devices shared between the TSOs working the ID check stations.
