Any feedback on this property, I've got a one-night stay planned for October. How do they treat Diamonds?

Two water bottles every day, breakfast cert for a buffet style b-fast. Stay in the West Wing, newer rooms. The AC units in the old wing roar when they kick on. Broken shower heads, no hot water. Did I mention Maintenance told me to run the shower and sink for 5 minutes in order to get hot water. Great water conservation mode, must be cheaper than Electricity in CA.

Quite a few restaurants around the area but don't wander down too far.

It really depends on the room. I love/hate this hotel.

If you get the 7th floor, you will get free drink tickets, if not, forget it (Diamond or not). You do get a nice breakfast (you can order something off the menu in lieu of the coupon which is very nice). I really like the gym too.

The restaurant has GREAT prices. I believe they have their very own pastry chef and they have some really good things...very cheap.

Location is near a lot of restaurants that you can walk to. There are nearly a half a dozen surrounding the hotel.

The rooms are just so so.

My last stay here was about 1.5 years back. It was an average Hilton. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

If you are hungry Claim Jumper is across the street.

I can't find this property on the Hilton site. I take it that this property does not exist anymore? Does anyone know what happened to this property? Would anyone help me with what would be the closest Hh property to the old SB location?

I don't see a Hilton San Bernadino anywhere on Hilton's site. However, if you wanted the Hilton San Bernardino, it's right here: http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/hotels/index.jhtml?ctyhocn=JSBHIHF

I use to stay there quite often. They have a decent gym but the accomodations vary like you wouldn't believe. Most of my coworkers REFUSE to ever stay there again. Location is pretty good though.

I started staying at the new Hampton Inn & Suites in Colton though because of the free DSL. I also like to have a mic/refrig because I try to eat as healthy as possible while I am on the road and I can do it with a mic/refrig. They also have a nice elliptical and water in the gym and, of course, the cont breakfast, which is another way to ensure that I can eat healthy.

In fact, I'm here right now!

How far is this Colton HI from San Bernadino? Our office in SB is about two miles from the SB Hilton. Is Colton much further?

It's only about three miles away. Very close and if you need the High Speed Internet, it would be a good place to check out.

Thanks for the input, and for me, free HS Internet is always a contributing factor
