National - Level of Service - Counter?

I was just reviewing a couple of upcoming Fullsize rentals at YYZ and suddenly both of them say I have counter service, even though YYZ has Executive Selection at both terminals. I'm not using any upgrade coupons; one rental has the free weekend day coupon and another one is a banked free day. In both cases I've had aisle service in the past. I tried a dummy booking at LAX and it gave me Exec Selection service there, so it's not an issue with my profile. Any recent renters at YYZ know what's happening?
