Has anyone else rec'd this special promotion from Hilton? My coworker rec'd a letter dated Sep 15, 2003, stating that she had been upgraded to Gold (she already was) and was given a new Gold card number (the bottom of the letter said if she was already a HH member, to call and they would transfer whatever points she had over to her new card.
Anyway, it said that she would get 5k points, the first stay, 10k the 2nd, 15k the 3rd and 20k the 4th stay if she had four stays between now and January 31st. Man, 50k points...which I rec'd this promo. It was because she was a Southwest Rapid Rewards member too, but I am too and I didn't receive any thing like this!
Anyone else? Does anyone know what the criteria for this promo was? I'm Diamond for next year too but still, I would have loved the opportunity to earn 50k points!
