I need to spend a night close to Schiphol in February. Called the redemption desk and was told that award dates had not been "loaded in." She also wasn't sure when they would be loaded in and suggested that I just keep calling. Does anyone have an idea when the February award dates are likely to appear and is there a way to check without repeated call-backs? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
