Looking to fly NYC-CPH and then returning ARN-NYC this summer - J class both ways. Non-stop options are DL, UA/CO and SK. DL is out because of its inferior J class product on its 763, compared to the one on SK's A330 and UA/CO's 752.

If all else is equal (price, schedule, etc.), which is preferable between SK and UA/CO?

Have not flown on either seat. Based on my research, UA/CO 752 has a 180-degree recline while SK's is 170-degree. Do the extra 10 degrees make up for UA/CO not having wide-body metal on this route? Also, it looks like SK's seats have better pitch. Does that make up for the lack of a true lie-flat product?

All else equal I would opt for the CO flights on the 757. The seats are far more comfortable than the SK seats, and the service is better as well. IFE on CO beats SK as well.

The airport experience on CO at EWR will be a little better than SK in my opinion. SK arrives and departs out of Terminal B which is not nearly as nice as terminal C where CO is.
